n times of uncertainty and turmoil, we may feel like it’s “required” to put on a happy face and act like everything is perfect.

I don’t think that’s the right solution.

We need to let ourselves, and those we care about, understand that it’s ok not to be ok.

It’s ok to struggle.

It’s ok to cry.

It’s ok to be concerned about the future.

The key is to allow ourselves to feel all the feelings, and to be ok with those feelings.

Don’t push them away.

Don’t wish you didn’t feel like that.

FEEL IT.

EMBRACE IT.

BE VULNERABLE.

And like a cloud, notice the feeling float on by after a few moments.

Hang in there. We’ll make it through this together.
